Yoga 25:00 [1]

Very Low-intensity day. Yoga, but more like light stretching.

Very tired from all the bouldering and running this week.

Bouldering 25:00 [3]

Short, unstructured bouldering session. I noticed the tendons around my elbow are becoming a bit sore. Gotta take a rest from bouldering and climbing tomorrow. Solved a few more v4s. Looking at moving onto v5s in a couple of weeks.

Run around Layhill. Felt really sluggish on the run. Must have been the weights earlier. But it was a gorgeous day for it! Surprising for Feb.

Bouldering 1:15:00 [4]

Solid Bouldering Session at ET in Hampden. Got a few tricky V4s and now feel like I'm bouldering more solidly in that range. Eager to get outside though.

Bouldering 30:00 [3]

Short Boulder after the climb. Got a v4 boulder problem I'd been working on for a week. Tiny two-finger crimps and a dyno at the end with no really good launch point that made it tricky.

running tempo 50:00 [4] 9.5 km (5:16 / km)

Same distance and route as Sunday. Ran harder this time and was able to shave about 5 minutes from my time a few days ago. Perfect temp for running. Silver Spring, Maryland
9 AM

Climbing 1:30:00 [3]

Great lead session with Patty. Led my hardest today topping out at 11a. Was a great partner to climb with. Really helped push me further.
