Very tired from all the bouldering and running this week.

Short, unstructured bouldering session. I noticed the tendons around my elbow are becoming a bit sore. Gotta take a rest from bouldering and climbing tomorrow. Solved a few more v4s. Looking at moving onto v5s in a couple of weeks.

Run around Layhill. Felt really sluggish on the run. Must have been the weights earlier. But it was a gorgeous day for it! Surprising for Feb.
