Bit of a broken sleep, but it felt a deep sleep. 6+2 hours and woke up feeling rested.
Pretty hungry today. Spend the day walking round the village, snoozing and reading.
Calves slightly tender but nothing major.

Drove the final hour to Kinlochleven. Went for an easy run with up the west highland way around midday. 2 miles out then 2 miles back. Felt really good - was careful to not to get too excited!
Spent the rest of the day reading/relaxing.

Drove to work then ran on trails from there. 25 mins, 8 diagonals on grassy pitch, then 25 mins I enjoyed these as usual, felt really good running back to the office.
The last 3 days I have worked up and had a small bout of diarrhoea (sorry for the detail!) then the rest of the day as been fine. Diet has been as normal.

This exact 8 hours a night is starting to get quite weird!
Drove to work then ran on trails from there. Felt good and wanted to run all day! 8 strides at the end felt really good.

2 sets - all fine. A few leg push ups than normal.

Rode to work and back.
Usual route. On road bike rather than hybrid as my mudguard is hanging off my hybrid, Felt really good.
17km each way.

Camped with friend in Borrowdale and had a fantastic nights sleep.
Had a leisurely start to the morning then did an easy run enroute home from Threlkeld, Glendeterra loop and back through fields to Threlkeld. The 25 mins was easy underfoot, then 20 mins of much rougher, then back to more smooth, I felt great and wanted to keep running!
