Very tricky physical course. My Navigation was fine and I didn't really make any mistakes. I was just extremely slow going up and down the hill multiple times(when you see the photo of the map you'll understand what I'm talking about. A couple of the controls I was in the control circle just a little high or low but I was scanning so it was easy enough to find them quickly. Overall, very tired now but good run.
