Sarum Gal Everleigh - Was knackered but really pushed myself most of the way, found I sometimes "forgot" to push myself! Navigation was fine. Had two nasty falls, nothing serious though.

Up through Longleat, round Bradley road and back. Felt pretty tired, especially on the last km. Wasn't sick and didn't feel sick either. Went to bed at 1am.
Ran around old x country course, saw my lunch at the end...big time, I think it was only because I ate a LOT for lunch and a bag of Gummy babies only an hour before.
Sprint from hospital to school, then school to station, sprint from salisbury station to training. Training - 100% over 80m (ish) then real slow jog over another 80m or so, repeat I dunno how many times but it was enough. Didn't hurl!! Starting to feel a little better now whilst running.
