X country - Almost to Golf course but not quite Grr! Such a load of BULL!!! Why cant they just let us go and do what we want!

An alright match, played in goal for first half, wind was soo strong and difficult to play with. Not so enjoyable as I was working really hard to get to the ball every time whilst fighting the wind.

Have had a lot of late nights due to having lots of band practice and then having to do essays sometimes straight after.

outside cathedral - 150m sprint - 100%, jog back, 90% jog back, 70% jog back x3
Made the jog slow enough so I did really good quality sprints.
