Went out very conservatively because legs were tired from last two days of training. Pushed harder in last km. Very surprised and pleased with time.

Friday Feb 17 #

Running (Aranda ovals) 28:55 [3] 5.2 km (5:34 / km)

warm up, then moderate pace to ovals, followed by two laps of lower oval with surges. then warm down home.

4 yellow (1 new) and 18 black (2 new).

Thursday Feb 16 #

Running (Mt Painter) 42:22 [3] 6.5 km (6:31 / km)

slow warm up then up Mt Painter, followed by 8 shorter hill reps .

2 yellow (1 new) and 13 black (2 new). The 3 new climbs were ones I'd been working on for a few sessions. Cracked them all today! Delighted. And left tricep is 100% recovered. Arms were totally wrecked by the end of the session.
