slow warm up then up Mt Painter, followed by 8 shorter hill reps .

2 yellow (1 new) and 13 black (2 new). The 3 new climbs were ones I'd been working on for a few sessions. Cracked them all today! Delighted. And left tricep is 100% recovered. Arms were totally wrecked by the end of the session.
