Indoor climbing (Villawood) 1:10:00 [2]

About 15 climbs on autobelay (15m height). This included about 4 attempts at a grade 21 on an overhang which i finally got and then 3 or 4 attempts at a grade 22 on the 5 degrees(?) overhang which i also got. Other climbs were grades 17 to 20 as well as half way up a grade 23.

35 minutes on the Kilter Board (17 climbs in total, 15 V0-V2 and 2 V3's) and 25 minutes doing easy climbs in the main part of the gym. Inner side of right ankle (medial malleolus) gets a dull but deep boney pain after climbing....

Best run since ankle fracture. For the second half I was almost running normally.

3 black and got 2/3 way up another but the final move is too risky (while the ankle is healing). Plenty of easy climbs and a small amount of strength work.
