Hey! I know iv'e been out for a while with logging workouts but my new Garmin arrived today so I thought id put it to good use. This run was a bit slow but im out of running shape so that's my excuse lol. While i was out on the run I stopped at one of my local parks and ran a workout circuit that i have done for the past few days in 19:43 which consisted of 100 push ups, 100 crunches, 300 flutter kicks, 100 air squats, 100 dips, 200 jumping jacks, and 200 calf raises. I want to challenge anyone who thinks they can beat that time or if anyone has any suggestions as to anything I could add on to the circuit to get a better workout.

As a few of you now know I am now apart of the Jr. national development team and I am excited to bring my best to the team and I would hope that they expect nothing less. I also heard that they were doing a push up challenge type thing, definitely count me in because I look forward to the challenge and beating all of them lol.

I hope everyone is doing well and staying safe and healthy out there, I have high hopes that this all will blow over fast so that we can all get back to normal life. I'm happy to get back into running because In the winter I wrestled and then transferring into the spring I did football workouts and power lifting. Im glad to be back and ill be posting more often, once again I hope all of you are well and stay safe.
