Orienteering race 46:27 [5] 5.7 km (8:09 / km) +180m 7:02 / km

QOC Wheaton Green course. Finally I was able to run a course without any big mistakes. I made maybe 1 minute error on 9 and 30 seconds on 10. There were faster runners but it seemed that the routes I took were good resulting in my first top finish in a race!

Bike to work today. Rode my fixed gear bike since cross bike is out of commission.

Bike to and from work today. I took my much slower mountain bike. The cross bike has a flat tire and I'm having problems replacing the tube. The tire is so tight I ruined two good tubes trying to get the tire back onto the rim. I got the tires on the first time so the tires must have shrunk.
