Swimming at QEII with Astrid. Needed lots of time in the spa pool with this unsummer like weather that is hanging around at the moment.

A flat run, with neglible climb. Not sure if such a run can be counted as training...

More core strengthening exercises + physio exercises.

A nice comfortable lunchtime run. The sort of run one might do on a lazy holiday, if one were having a lazy holiday.

Had a nice easy flat run today. Started up the valley and met a lone piper, piping his way down the hill. This seemed a little peculiar, even for Christchurch and I kept a wary eye for the rest of the run, lest I should run into his missing 10 companions.

Running was good and I enjoyed the fast mountain bike trails even with mountain bikers.

Re-starting stretching/strengthening. Mainly core strength today after weakness/soreness in the last week

Picked up the last, almost forgotten control from the rogaine. Checked out the view down to the harbour.
