Running to Spencerville
Orienteering (mapping) 35:00 [1]
shoes: Asics 2110 2.0

Running 45:00 [2]

Running to Bower Ave via Waitikiri Dr
Cycling - Road 30:00 [2]
Note
Golf with Riki & Joe at Hagley Park. Riki thrashed us all. None of us were close to straight off the tee, a little dangerous with so many walking paths through the course. Joe was distracted and had to cut the last few holes to go off chasing girls.

Saturday Sep 8

Tramping 3:30:00 [1]
shoes: Sarva
Wandering up the Bealey Spur with Joe. The planned excursion became much more laid back upon arriving and discovering that Joe had failed to bring his shoes. Fortunately he remembered his crampons so all was well. His feet did go a bit numb in the snow though.

Friday Sep 7

Cycling - Road (trainer) 42:00 [2]
Cycling on the trainer for a while.

Thursday Sep 6

Running 1:32:00 [2]+380m
shoes: Asics 2110 2.0
Comfortable, but cold run after lack of sleep induced tiredness from the last few days. Felt unwell and light headed near the top of the hills, maybe from the aforementioned drowsiness, or maybe due to the thinned air up on mighty Mt Vernon. Performed a sort of demented shuffle down the hill to reduce strain on quad which is all feeling somewhat poorly.
C • Missed you on Mt Vernon 2
Stretching & Flexibility (f) 10:00 [3]
It would have been good to do lots of stretching after my run, but I guess it is good to do some anyway.

Wednesday Sep 5

Note
Tonight was the first of the Night nav series. Sadly that means more organising and less participating, which is a shame as they are really fun events. Anyway it seemed to go pretty well, but we failed to get Joe completely lost. Next week.

Tuesday Sep 4

Running 1:15:00 [4]+480m
shoes: Asics 2110 2.0
Wet and cold night for running, yet Joe, Dennis, and I ventured up the hill. Joe was all enthusiastic and ran ridiculously hard up the start of Rapaki. Fortunately he died on the flat section and slowed up on the last climb.

Sadly my calves still don't like this hill stuff, so I'll have to do some more work on them before going on the hills again.
C • oii you seem to be on a binge 3

Monday Sep 3

shoes: Asics 2110 2.0
Nice easy morning run. Get the legs moving and all that.
