 | Orienteering race 14:30 [5] | |

| Fun sprint, but quite easy nav and rather painful running. Only 2 small mistakes, and happy with routes so quite good. Started a little fast and had to recover between 5 and 9. |

 | Orienteering race 1:41:05 [4] | |

| Struggled to read the map for the first part of the course. Sharp climbs were doing nasty things to my quad, which handled it better than I expected. Started daydreaming on 20 and forgot to get the control... fortunately remembered to go back for it, so no dnf. |

| Did squat. Want to be able to move my legs in the weekend. |

 | Running 1:07:32 [3]+330m | |
| shoes: Saucony Triumph 3 |
| Easy run up Rapaki with Cris and Riki. It's been a long time since I was last running up here so I didn't want to put too much strain on my quad(unlike the nasty weekend). Going down was another matter and it was quite a fast pace. I felt quite gimpy and had no chance to keep up with Riki. Sadly my quad seized up in some horrible block type nastiness about 1km from home :-( |

 | Cycling - Road 1:13:00 [3]32 km (2:17 / km) | |

| Commute on a perfectly pleasant warm day. Howling wind in my face and all that. Maybe a little hyperbole. |

| Another easy commute home. This time the air was more favourable. |

 | Running 42:51 [2] | |

| I'm quite fond of new shoes. Felt good and everything was perfect. Except of course my injured quad which was even more painful than whilst running yesterday. Actually it was quite fine as long as the ground remained perfectly flat, but descending steps was not much fun. More silly songs. |
