Quick change of plans after my luggage got left in Heathrow - headed to Zac's place at the Lidingo house and he was o-training with Ville in the evening so I joined them. It was o-intervals but Zac and I both took them chill, starting about 45s apart, alternating who lead. I actually orienteered well which was surprising given the first time back in the scandi forest after a year is often terrible
