My analysis can be found here. As scientific literature goes, the quality is as you might expect for a report written in one evening. Constructive feedback is welcome.

This book on perceived exertion by Gunnar Borg was used and is worth a read.

As you might have expected, the conclusion is that either 0 or 1 is fine, so like a lot of scientific writing, you put in some effort, find out some interesting things along the way, but the main question remains a little inconclusive and unsatisfying.
