Went pre brekkie this week, and took it nice and easy, especially to start with. Pushing the limits of road shoes in some pretty wet and muddy conditions. Hammies feeling yesterday a bit but all good once they'd warmed up. R hip flexor a little tight towards the end.

Properly wet and boggy KF conditions after the rain + snow combo for the last 2 days. Ground it out though, working nicely taking a rep each until the last couple where spud started to get a little gap. Naughty time-in-zone graph.

Another standard base building run, it snowed overnight which was exciting but the pavements were pretty treacherous. Golf courses were empty but a bit slippy. Both patellas were sore at the start, didn't do a good enough job of stretching and rolling my quads after yesterday's seat run.

Some easy seat climbs on a pretty dark gloomy morning. Thought it was mild out but was quite chilly in the end. Legs ok, quads feeling the descents but to be expected when I'm only running up proper hills once a week.

Easy lap of prestonfield, lap the meadows and 5 x 20s hill sprints. Started slow but progressed through to a decent clip round the meadows. Legs all good. Hrm didn't connect for some reason.
