Solid long run on the good loop up Old Chamber, down Callis Wood and back on the canal. Didn't feel great at the start and legs not too great either but built into it alright on the way back. Little tempo effort up the track at the end was great for reviving the legs after all the flat. Another decent week, achilles still not perfect, bit stiff in the mornings and stuff, but think I'll aim for 7:30 next week and see how it goes.
