Left the flat and almost immediately bumped into Eddie, Finn and Dan doing flat meadows at 5:20s, amazing stuff. We did some good wiggling about enjoying the beautiful weather and also had a very random chat with Max Milarvie's mum who it turns out is the world's chattiest person. Few other pit stops too with us all nursing some headaches. Achilles completely fine, and no other niggles either so overall a pretty top notch run.

Down to Musselborough then up the river and back through Dalkeith, although bottom gate was closed so bit more on main road. Knee was a bit niggly in 2nd half.

Flat meadows, feeling pretty good, calves getting a little tired towards the end.

2.5hrs of golf this afternoon which was great fun, plenty of walking and achilles felt grand, think that sort of thing is potentially good for it at this stage.
45s, 4 x 1min isometrics at 9pm, also fine.

Seat3 pre Stat Phys exam. Bit chilly and cloudy and a decent easterly wind. Knee decent enough again but still not perfect.

2 x 20 DL, 3 x 20 SL raises at 8pm, all feeling good.
Exams done, stat phys man was pretty kind really.

Another 3 small laps, achilles feeling pretty good again. Ground is very nice and soft now after some rain, but not muddy and slippy, ideal. Gradually bringing in some plyos with a few jumps up the stairs at the end.
