Really wonderful leisurely Sunday outing with Dash and Timbo. Straight to Torduff for a dip, then up to Cobbiedean cafe for a scone, then up to Bonaly res and some ethiopian runnings through the pines before heading round capelaw and up Allermuir. Scree, T wood, cockmylane and straight to Dash's for iced squash. Marvellous, only marred by some inner thigh chafe.
