Runch with Eddie and Finn round the seat. Bit long! Also probably a bit hard up the seat climb for me as definitely noticing a little bit of a cold. Can't wait to be playing a round of golf with my fellow M55s on the rest day of the Scottish 6 Days 2057 and still be discussing orienteering selection injustices.

Cricket. Bowled ok and got a couple wickets bowled with (unintentional) yorkers. Then batted for quite a long time, mostly not very well. Took a couple sore ones, one to the outside of the R knee (missed a leg side full toss) and one to the L big toe (played onto it). Knee stiffening up after. 1st team were playing a match at the same time so stayed and watched the end of that too.

Hip flexor was noticeable upon waking up so was umming and ahhing but knew it would be useful to get some test running done today before the weekly call tonight.

Testing in central. Ran a ~5min section and then another ~10 efforts of up to a minute. Knees complaining a bit with the tarmac pounding after yesterday, but hip actually ok and not holding me back, so overall pretty happy my body still allows me to do things like this.
