Defeated by a treadmill session! Very hard- perhaps I haven't fully recovered from Sunday but felt ok in warm up.
Rep 1. 5.24 pace... thought I would work into it
Rep 2. 5.21 pace... tough. Really gassing at end
Rep 3. 5.24 pace...I quickly realized that 5.21 was too hard so backed off
Rep 4. 5.27. really had to work hard in final stages
5 - 5.30...plus I stepped off @ around 2.30mins had a 30 sec breather and finished the final 2.min 30.
Legs tired, sweating buckets and generally a bit jelly legged and wobbly
