Run with wife and buggy so kept it easy. Looking forward to a longer one tomorrow on some hills / dunes.

I would say worse than yesterday. First 15mins a real drag but ok by the end and the strides were ok. See how fresh I feel tomorrow

Run with Buggy. Felt significantly better than yesterday . Still about 85% but way more zip and felt pretty smooth. Baby chipping along at nice pace!

Really really flat. Run was a real drudge. Bit knackered and sleep broken. Had a 2 hrs nap in day but run down (huge sty in eye). Hopefully good night sleep and go again tomorrow

Engine felt great but body not so. Generally bit fatigued with twinges originally in right hip flexor then left hamstring and finally in left calf.

Didn't go to well but generally felt easy @c.3.35 per km pace during the floats. Top gear not quite there do to travel fatigue but a decent effort

Carrying a laptop etc in a rucksack so not ideal but run ok. Didn't feel too jaded from previous day though not a lot of zip on the strides.

Broken sleep with baby wake-ups

Cut slightly short as had to get back for baby but in general pretty pleased given disrupted sleep and tiredness from running around yesterday.

Felt pretty good and could have kept ticking along a while longer
