A stiff round of exercises in the AM. Definitely not on top form. Most of me was stiff

Left it to the last possible moment to do the Fartlek today but had to shelve it. Legs and quads still too bloody stiff. Nightmare.
Did a few strides at end ( very easy) but that's all I could manage.

Doms. Quads stiff- possibly from descent in race but also from the run yesterday which was pretty technical...I didn't have a lot of choice of routes unfortunately. Took it very very easy. Will see how I am tomorrow
