Really tough. Lacking a bit of zip this week but worked really hard so I'm pleased.

First rep super controlled @ 5.05 pace
Second rep. Dropped to 5min pace and feeling good but last few minutes a challenge.
Third rep. Starting to work. Dropped to 5.10 after c 5mins and even that starting to become difficult.
4th rep. Oof- started at 5.10s but dropped to 5.15 and then 5.18's for last 3mins. I was working really hard to maintain that- arms really pumping over last 30secs to keep going

Sleep broken but slept in till 10am which was nice!

Buggy run. Felt fine. First half with half. Second on my own.

Sleep - 2 wake ups but managed around 7hrs in tota

Unfortunately baby woke and cried just as I started hills (her parked at top) so did strides at home instead

Fine really. Not making much progress in terms of numbers but consistency from me not always good. Will aim to address this

Ran with buggy. Forgot to stop watch a few times but c. 4.45,km pace. Legs coming round (no DOMs just jaded). Strides were fun. Felt ok actually.

Sleep ok but not great. Up once and then up for good at 6am. Aiming for early one tonight
