Not bad. Legs ok- not 100% but not bad session.

First 5 on pretty sticking grass (bit long, couldn't get much return) and decent headwind. second 5 on concrete. First 5 hard...meant last 5 weren't as punchy.

Ignore full time. Forgot to stop watch. More tired than previous day- sight seeing with friends in the morning. Started aiming for a fartlek but just wasn't feeling it. Run was very sluggish. Aim to have restful day tomorrow and give it another bash

Run - bit sluggish from yesterday. Fine really but strides a bit of a drag to get body going

Lacklustre but fine. Glutes had very little in the tank

2hrs of attempting to find as many climbs and descents as possible in the dunes. Mostly runnable paths but some sandy stuff too.

First hour was great but 2nd starting to tire from rest of weeks exertions. Had an hour nap afterwards - tired.

Baby now sleeping but I'm not - hopefully break the cycle tonight
