I ran after a personal running session I did with a guy ( me coaching him...) so all in all probably run easy for c.60mins. felt better than yesterday.

Good day- Greta in nursery so got some shit done and had a relaxing day. Sleep okish but in a pattern of sleeping lightly for period after being woken up by baby. Need to address this.
