Best run for a week- nice and easy but should be traveling faster than that for same effort.

Sleep better- all the way until 6.30am! She's turned a corner with illnesses...fingers crossed.

Diet much better. Making sure I am a lot better and eating big lunch- feeling better

2 wake ups. Daughter pretty sick- no end in sight with her coughing/ chest wheezing.

Trying to keep it easy but everything is a bit of a drag at moment. Feeling shit for +8min miles. Ringing and pressure in head pretty strong- all sounds muffled.

One or 2 wake ups in the night.
