Good tired in hammy and glutes. Left side more than right as usual.
Slightly better pressup and mountain climber performance.

Happy enough with this. Felt better than day before but little nervous about how it might go. Felt pretty good throughout.

I used a marked course in the park- which is out and back so stopped turned around and restarted watch each rep. Course is marked every 100m so pretty helpful. Splits seem a little out on the gps but we're roughly as follows.

Hit by a sledge hammer today, bloody knackered. This run was absolute tosh- but just kept it fairly easy.

Did wake at 3.30am but lack of zip bit surprising. Had 1 hour nap in morning instead of training and run in the afternoon

Pretty hard work. Didn't go tooo deep but had to grind it out. Windy again so bit of a pain in the arse to get going. Glad it was over.

Wind made the whole thing a bit difficult- but had tailwind for the 200's so was relatively quick! Feeling ok

Sleep ok with one short wake up at 3.30 but otherwise good.

Cancellation of Schoorl 10k

Enjoyed it to a point. Wind a bit annoying- and was tired in last 10 but not drastically so. A positive run but shame no race.
