Fine but not feeling particularly fresh or fluent. Outside of left hip stiff at times but nothing major.

Sleep ok but broken. Baby sick after some vaccinations.

Kind of don't really notice feeling tired or stiff when you're just chatting. Felt good- though the strides were surprisingly creaky!

Feeling tired this afternoon- will have a afternoon nap

Felt tired and stiff to start- first few KMs a bit of a stretch but warmed up. Wasn't easy by any stretch- stiff around hips and worked last 20 but happy enough.

Jaded rest of day...mainly from lugging baby and shopping round. Ha

Hard. Couldn't get too close to the pace. Watch was beeping at between 3.03 and 3.07 pace so not disastrous but hard work to reach those splits. I haven't looked at splits in total. I changed course for variation as getting a little tired of other one. 1st and 3rd rep was slightly uphill with a tailwind and 2nd and 4th were slightly down with headwind. Weather was a mixture or hail, showers and wind which was perfect.

Glad i got it done- feel tired, particularly in left glute but otherwise good.

In annoying habit of getting up before the baby at the moment. Still got 7.5 unbroke

Slight stiffness in shoulder, perhaps a sleep thing. Press ups uncomfortable but fine.

Another run in a rain coat- drenches again. Run fine- stayed very easy. Strides ok.
