Note

skiing at sunshine today. probably not the best thing for my shin but it wasn't hurting at all and I kept the jumps small. No pain from impacts anymore, mostly just sore to the touch, regardless, I'm still gonna keep biking this week.

fairly easy ride around the reservoir, bit slow with the wind and ice from the cooler temps. On the plus side, weaslehead was much more doable since all the slush has solidified, however all the little bumps were murder on my arms

easy ride around the reservoir scouting out the path for future rides. The path was fairly clear for the majority except for down in weaslehead it was full of soft snow and ruts making for some good balance practice.

Out and back to the blue hoop Via 14th st, bow river pathway and nose creek pathway. Felt pretty good but it was a struggle to keep my heart rate up towards the end. Not bad for the second ride in a while.

left shin started hurting all of a sudden so here we are. Pretty fun out and back to bowness park Via. 14th st, north side of the river pathway and bowness road. Conditions were pretty good with some icy parts. Only almost fell once when I hit some gravel I didn't see. However, the biggest issue was my toes going numb after completely soaking them in ice water and slush mulitble times.
