Two courses at the Barrens. My brain was getting baked in the heat by the end. Really cool area but some of the forest had thickened up a bit but also seems like there were plenty of parts where the forest had opened up

Brutal, pace really fell off throughout. Legs were burning pretty good. Maybe shouldn't have done this right after my first strength in a whole yesterday but it's the only day I could fit it in. Went up to cite de junes since there's no longer hills near me and I was working from home today so I was able to get out ahead of the traffic and finish after the rush had settled down.
