Was a bit of a slog up to the summit but felt fine. Nice trails up the top and one the way down I meant to take an easy gradual descent. But I got distracted by the mtb track which the local wc riders use for winter testing and went down it. Was very steep and loose and definitely didn't have the right shoes probably won't ever run down that again
