Part of the 7 lochs trail with freya
Not really made for bikes, had 2k of mud through a cow field, tight switchback climb with a washed away path and lots of logs across the path
That and the strong wind made it pretty tough but good fun and went down the steep road by Inverfarigaig ive always wanted to do. One if the harder bike rides of done despite no techy bits

Feet got really cold in the bogs and river crossing but some of the climb was up old snow patches which was pretty fast

Junior coaching, was hoping it would be a bit further but glutes were a bit sore at the start and tough terrain so probably best
Was a bit annoyed cos despite a much tougher and harder course than previous sessions they all decided they could suddenly go at like 6.35s through heather so actually had to put some effort in instead of the usual jog behind
and they kept choosing the routes with the most marshes

drumsmittal road lap with two hills.
Didn't take the hills at any effort just keeping the head up
Was nice though because was rolling along at like 4.25s between the hills at the start and end and it was feeling like I was doung 5min/ks
I think the extra energy found was from my rest week but also from the excitement of running somewhere different which is a bit sad

Gallowhill iromp,
Was not really looking forward to it cos it had been raining all day but was actually really nice. Probably one of the best courses i've done down there still managed to go to some areas i'd never been to before
Made a two ~2 min mistakes and then drifted 50m+ off to the right one #12 but I blame that on the dark. Did have a torch but couldn't see anything further than 10m at the end so was a bit dodgey
