Apart from a few hesitations at the start it felt really clean and fast
Too low for 6 and too high for 7 and 10 which cost me 1min+

good day, hardly any errors just loss of pace near the end
Emus picked me up at 4 and managed to keep on him for a bit, very useful for pacing and pushing me

The long was shorter than my day one :0
Didn’t have any energy in me and the half a gel at the start made it worse just felt sick
Easy nav and didnt mess up which is an unsual surprise
Litrelly just a hill race with some scrappy forest

Decent apart from 2 mins of scrappy mistakes which isnt too good
Good flow for start > 6 then messed up 7 a bit and lost it from there
The second half was much worse
