Breathing was a stuggle and didn’t feel very good for the first 2km but after that it became very enjoyable

Jircs relay first leg
Shodding run, made so many mistakes
A fine fine yorkshire forest full of brambles and mud
Probably lost about 4 mins at least but it’s okay because our team didn’t count
Pace wasn’t too bad just ran at least 500m more than I should have
Scotland still managed take the win despite the first team mispunching and half the squad at jecs
