Hammy real sore at the start so took pace real easy (5.30s) as it was my second road run of the week, normally what i’d do in a month recently, and didn’t want to overdo anything

Was worth it though pretty good . Bit dodgey cycling blind with all the wet roots but I mostly survived
Also found some really nice steep switchbacks

Suffered in the middle set and probably didn’t give enough in the last set. Good fun and nice to be doing hills again. Much more enjoyable than this flat nonsense
