A long way to cycle for a 2 minute trail... Was worth it though pretty good . Bit dodgey cycling blind with all the wet roots but I mostly survived Also found some really nice steep switchbacks

3 x 10 min keyan hills Suffered in the middle set and probably didn’t give enough in the last set. Good fun and nice to be doing hills again. Much more enjoyable than this flat nonsense
