Missed the first k of the wu haha but eoin made it long for some reason so still got like 3k. Leg very sore when walking and jogging especially on tarmac but kinda just blocked out the pain for the reps.
Legs felt much better than last month but was like consistently 10 seconds slower which is sad and we had a faster loop today aswell oh well
Did manage to stay just behind Ali and just in front of emily which im happy about seeing as their 5k times are like a minute quicker

Messe up the times but jamie and aidan stayed for some more laps which was good of them. And they showed me the new trail which made it easier following jamie. Very wet and muddy but managed to get some speed going
Leg fine cycling apart from the odd pain on a jump, still painful walking
