was gonna be a 5/6k tempo at around 3.40s but have felt wasted in the last few days and just couldn't be bothered for the run back.

wee blast around spittal
first time riding down the new trail after running down it a few times. Was really good until the bottom where the people thinning the forest have destroyed it. But annoying as they have already churned up the railway and turned the wood into mud

knees pretty sore from all the road recently so went on the verge up the cycle track
started easy and explorered the not so new path opposite the viewpoint
Opened my stride up at the end but still stayed comfortable
might do some faster running on the weekend that'll be a first
