Càrn a' Bhodaich
Started off okay but within 1.5k the track turned into a bog. then it just disappeared and turned into deep heather. Quick nip up to the trig and then down a heathery slope to join another track which was still pretty wet. On that for maybe 2k then we decided we'd had enough of easy ish running and decided to run across the moor. Was sunny at this point but turned in a blizzard in our faces. Cold feet but good fun

Carn na Leitire
Was a bit of a slog up to the summit but felt fine. Nice trails up the top and one the way down I meant to take an easy gradual descent. But I got distracted by the mtb track which the local wc riders use for winter testing and went down it. Was very steep and loose and definitely didn't have the right shoes probably won't ever run down that again

Nairn East Beach Maprun
Had hair and sand in my eyes for the whole time
Legs a bit sore during it but managed to move fairly quick. Tough running through the sand and strong winds made it not so nice.
Tricky course in the dunes was fun.
