A weight on my mind
Or on my behind? Wednesday night run instead of MTB as conditions are so bad underfoot/wheel. Too much on hard surfaces for mudclaws really. :/
Sore achilles and feet by the end. Felt fat, heavy and slow. Depressing.
Better than MTB, anyways,

Brisk, breezy and bloody brutal
Very cold, windy and incredibly wet underfoot. And I'm fat and old.

Very hard work for 9k. Got out early as working from home - going to be inside working late in the warm instead this evening.
