only 5.2k/200m climb (straight line) but 30 controls and tough terrain at times - steep occasionally rocky brambly and muddy / slippy.
Matt didn't have a brilliant run, so I beat him by a couple of minutes, despite hangover and lack of sleep.
First O race as M45
