A fairly brisk scoot along the canal with Adam. Felt better than expected.
Hamstrings achey and tight.
Achilles sore and grumbly.

Too much
Snowy and icy and cold, so decided to go out, despite being really tired. Mistake. Didn't enjoy it. Constantly feel like I'm fighting the bike anyway, so being tired meant that I just didn't enjoy it. Bailed slightly early and rode home by myself from 12 apostles.
Contemplating giving up on MTB.
