An endangered beast
A very rare occurrence of those most elusive and endangered happenings - a run.
Gentle up to Swastika and back.
Hamstrings tight - but did go to gym yesterday and work them hard.
Lower back very sore - have also been up a ladder most of the day, painting walls...
