Steady plod in the moor. Tired up to cow and calf. Lots of ignorant people. Better up on top of moor. Creaky coming off the moor, and caught by the rain and hail in the last 5 minutes. But a decent long run, considering tiredness and lack of good sleep

Shoulder is an issue. More exercises to do.

Back is strong and not too bad. But some kind of inflammatory response - i.e. when I keep moving, its ok. But when I stop (e.g. sleep) then it seizes up and becomes painful.

Most paths up on the moor were raging torrents. Must have rained quite a bit last night.
Felt ok. A bit ploddy going up, but ok on the tops. Creaky coming down. Back a bit sore.

Surprised myself
Limited time, but just managed to squeeze a decent run in, and felt pretty good, surprisingly.
Had to keep camera off for the meeting I just managed to attend - in my running kit, with muddy legs.
