A very damp foggy morning. Ellie thought she was struggling and slow. We were 1 minute quicker.

C2H5k Day 8 - Slush Puppy
A run today. Walked briskly up to Spicey Ghyll bridge, then run to the gate, walk to the junction, then run to Black Beck. Walk up to the main path, then run all the way back.
Ellie is showing improvement already.
Leg still lacking that support for hopping / landing. Nothing there.

A good workout for the calves, feet and ankles
Thick slippery slush. Horrible.
Damp cold morning. But always good to be out.

We decided to walk because a) so slippery and b) tired legs.

C2H5k day 7 - Arctic ambling
Beautiful fresh snow, first on most of the paths (apart from one walker, and one crazy MTBer)
Coming back into the wind was a bit harsh - biting cold and stinging snow.
Lovely way to start the day.

Heavy wet snow run
Can't decide if my foot/calf/ankle was feeling a little stronger today, or it was just the heavy wet snow making it all feel as much of a drag.
A bit tight/tired on the way down.

C2H5K - day 6. A run!
A stunning crisp still morning. Our first run of the "programme". Ellie did well. Walk up the hill to Spicey Ghyll bridge, then run to the gate. Walk to the path junction, run to the Black Beck bridge above Hebers Ghyll. Walk up ti the main path, run all the way back.
