Didn't have any tablets last night. Didn't sleep well - mtb plus beer. Wasn't just back.
But despite feeling tired, was alert. So much more preferable to the amitriptyline.

Did a core conditioning class at the gym. Just instructor and 2 of us. Was 30 mins too early, so did other stuff as well.
Had to temper a few things down to take care of back / nerve.
Hip flexors and abs screaming.

Doc gave me Amitriptyline for my back and sleep disruption. Slept well for the first time in a long time, but it left me zombiefied and wobbly.
