felt sick for the first like five controls but that went away after a bit, sped up after that and also didn’t really make any mistakes which was better than yesterday

my ankle was still quite sore but i have talked to my aunt(a physiotherapist) about it and hopefully we can sort it out soon

ran the first three controls but then my ankle was really sore so walked and jogged the rest of the course
pretty clean run, just had a girl following me who distracted me at number 11

Note

played hockey in pe at school and my ankle was really painful from that running so walked round town a bit instead of going for a run tonight
