bit faster around a little housing estate in penrith post train. bit tired after a very delayed flight yesterday and not the best sleep but glad i did this otherwise i would not have left the house once i got home. good fun though, was not feeling particularly fast but better than nothing!

very slow jog round some more controls from the women's open from a while ago, apparently i ran this course but i have no memory of that happening. ended early for an emergency trip to the sainsburys toilets and my mum was already finished so i didn't do any more

such amazing views, so much fun :)) did think the cold would be gone by today but i was not breathing very well especially on the uphills. lovely run though!!

very fun, absolutely died on the last one, think my cold caught up to me and i was just so so tired but still very enjoyable :) cold is definitely on the way out, only really noticeable now when running

up there was one of the most insane runs i’ve ever done, so cool and really fun! very very hot with absolutely no shade but the views were insane and then a well deserved swim after! cold is very much only while running now, mainly just a runny nose tbh hopefully will be sorted tomorrow :))

basically same as yesterday with fiona and sunley!
not ideal running time, was very very hot but found a zip wire which was fun!! shin hurting a bit on the road eek but not sure there’s much i can do about that here, might just have to survive until i get home. barely any road running planned for the rest of summer though yay! was wearing my cumbria vest so we met a guy from lancashire as well !! cold is getting a bit better, had a lemsip by the pool this morning which was a bit weird but hopefully will be gone soon :)

also have got this massive blister thing where my watch normally goes so am currently wearing it on the other wrist which feels so wrong and i hate it but will have to manage til my normal wrist is okay again

accidentally stopped my watch so using fiona’s distance but my time? whatever only a couple hundred metres. been up since half 2 for the flight here, only got like two hours of sleep last night as well so i am well and truly exhausted today. cold is very much still here, lots more coughing and i also barely drank all day because i couldn’t find a water fountain after security rip. i was feeling extremely miserable and didn’t want to run but sooo glad i did, lots of fun and a swim after!! cold was actually not too bad while running yay
