Run with girlfriend to recce the 18km trail race she is doing in September. Pretty casual pace, bit of trail, and some more technical descending. Toe is fine, but plantar foot still giving me grief. doesnt like the twisting and turning that happens on the rougher paths. Much better on the flat.

6km Flat run and then a bit uphill (3.5km) a little quicker, then down 3.5km and 5km flat back to the car. Wouldve liked a longer hillier one but the plantar foot was sore and the weather was shocking, proper low cloud. Not to worry. Everything else felt fine.
