Completely wired for some reason last night, could not relax let alone sleep until well past 1:(
Think I’m just stressing over lots of unnecessary things but not ideal
Ran 5 days now and still feel great tho so that’s a positive!

Ate a real and big dinner for the first time in a week and feel absolutely fine, even starting to get hungry again!! Everything’s on the up:)

Almost definitely picked up something dodge in the water at the OMM - was going to happen at some point!
Waiting to get on antibiotics but already feeling much better, on a diet of the most boring plain food and a little fed up of it
Exhaustion is stemming from this too, which sucks but will improve pretty quickly once everything kicks in

Been very careful with what I’m eating, but still not getting much in me - Will hopefully see the doctor about it soon
Stomach pains and headache have pretty much cleared up:)
Feel much better tonight than I thought I would after a weekend of running so that’s a nice bonus!
