Note

Finally on antibiotics
Been three weeks since the OMM and the lack of any real food is really starting to hit. Not sleeping much or well, and although I’m hungry a lot now can’t eat very big meals. Managed good mileage last week and unsurprisingly I’m very tired as got nothing giving me energy but still felt very good when I was out so will keep it up this week
Hopefully it will properly start to pick up with the antibiotics
